All items offers and also any images contained in our website are intended merely to give a general idea of the goods available and are copyright the respective owners, actual items may vary and differ from the images shown and displayed,,any offers or specials or free gifts are subject to availablity e&oe accepted and shall not form part of any contract.

Product Descriptions All items featured within this website are representative of what may be available. However we cannot accept responsibility for any product, which may be withdrawn replaced or altered by the manufacturer

Purchasers Design & Acceptance of Proofs

The Purchaser warrants that the design it supplies to the printed-keyrings.co.uk is accurate and free from error by acceptance of the artwork approval proof by the client
once approval has been accepted the copy or print cannot be changed !

Printed-Keyrings.co.uk shall not be liable for any losses, claims, damages, costs or expenses suffered by the purchaser resulting from any error or inaccuracy in such design or designs

Our Pre Made Designs

Where printed-keyrings.co.uk supplies goods bearing printed matter with pre made designs no claim whatsoever shall be made in respect of -
the contents, colouring or position of any designs after an eproof has been submitted to and then approved by the purchaser or company

Delivery And Risk and Pricing

Prices and specification are subject to change without prior notice

Whilst we do endevour to maintain delivery times for printed keyrings

Any times quoted for delivery are estimates only and Seller shall not be liable for failure to delivery within the time quoted.

Delivery of the goods to the stipulated place of delivery shall constitute delivery to Buyer. All risk in the goods shall pass to Buyer on such delivery.

Time of delivery is not of the essence and Printed-Keyrings.co.uk will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the Purchaser in consequence of any failure to deliver within such time or by such date or in consequence of the delay howsoever caused

All discrepancies must be notified to Printed-Keyrings.co.uk in writing or by email within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Payment For Goods All printed matter must be paid for in full by the client prior to starting the print and assembly, we accept payment by credit or debit card and also cheques which will be
(subject to normal clearance prior to print assembly and delivery)

Transfer of Property Property in the goods shall remain with Printed-Keyrings.co.uk until payment is received in full . Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Purchaser from the time of despatch to the Purchaser or its agent

No responsibility whatsoever for such shortages will be accepted by Printed-Keyrings.co.uk in the event of failure by the Purchaser to notify us of the same within 24 hours.

Goods damaged in transit should not be accepted or signed for from the carrier and no credit will be given for or replacements made of Goods accepted and signed for from the carrier that are in a damaged condition at the time of delivery.

All prices and offers are quoted exclusive of VAT and include free UK mainland delivery (excluding the following locations, Highlands,Offshore Islands N Ireland) or any other zones as defined by our carriers as those requiring an extra delivery charge because of location, volume or volumetric wieght charges due to the zone not being classed as normal UK mainland delivery rate.

If you are unsure and you are located offshore or Highlands please contact us for delivery rates as many smaller items do not incur any extra charges if sent by Royal Mail

If for any reason the Purchaser is unable to accept delivery when due, the Goods will be held at the local delivery depot if sent by carrier for a 3 day period ,if not collected or arrangements are put in place for re delivery by carrier the goods will be returned to the place of despatch, stored at the Purchaser's risk until customer arranges re delivery, Printed-Keyrings.co.uk reserves the right to make an additional charge for any extra transportation required due to non delivery and failure to accept delivery.

Printed-Keyrings.co.uk will not be liable for any damage, loss, costs, or expenses suffered by the Purchaser as a result of any downtime from our website for any reason whatsoever.

Force Majeure

Without prejudice to any other of these conditions, the Seller shall be under no liability for delay or non performance of any obligations hereunder due to any circumstances whatsoever beyond our control. Law Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other under these Conditions shall be in writing addressed to that other party at its registered office or principal place of business or such address as may at the relevant time have been notified pursuant to this provision to the party giving that notice. This contract shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with English law and the courts of England shall have jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising in connection with it. .
